Andrew is one of the country’s leading Employment Lawyers, with over 30 years’ experience.
He has acted for a range of businesses from SME’s to large multi-national corporates. He has particular experience in restrictive covenants and team moves, the people aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and managing a large and varied ET caseload for corporate clients. Andrew’s primary focus is in understanding the client’s priorities and working with the client to deliver those.
Andrew has also been at the forefront of driving change in the legal services market, helping clients and law firms to embrace innovation and technology; he believes that there is still much more to be done.
He has led the employment relationship for a number of multi-national clients in the transport infrastructure, financial services and retail sectors, managing large and varied litigation caseloads and day to day employment issues.
Andrew believes that clients are looking for something different from their legal advisers, both in the employment field and generally in the commercial sector. He helps clients across the UK better manage their legal risk, with clarity and certainty.
He spends his spare time running around after 15 year old twins, a 6 year old Welsh Springer Spaniel and countless golf and tennis balls.
